The Role

Reporting directly to the Directors, the Head of Administration will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the organisation's support functions. You will lead both office-based and remote team members, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across administrative processes.

This role will also play a key part in supporting wider business growth, contributing to strategic initiatives and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a multi-location administrative support team
• Oversee workflow management and allocate resources effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management activities
• Monitor KPIs and ensure consistently high standards of client service delivery

About You

We are looking for a proactive and confident leader with a collaborative approach and a strong track record in managing teams within a compliance, fire safety, or similar regulated environment.

• Proven management experience within compliance, fire safety, or a related sector
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple workloads in a dynamic setting
• Experience driving operational improvements and leading change initiatives
