Eden Brown Education are recruiting for an enthusiastic Inclusive Learning Lead on behalf of a Further Education College in West Yorkshire.

This is a permanent role to start asap, part time 30 hours per week

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEND professional to take on a leadership role supporting learners with additional needs, disabilities and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Working closely with curriculum teams and the Inclusive Learning Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring students receive the appropriate support to achieve, progress and reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Leading and coordinating support for learners with SEND, including High Needs students, apprentices, adult learners and ESOL students.
- Assessing learner needs and developing effective support plans and interventions.
- Contributing to EHCP reviews and ensuring a robust Assess, Plan, Do, Review process is maintained.
- Monitoring attendance, progress and achievement to ensure positive learner outcomes.
- Providing direct in-class support and delivering targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions.
- Supporting student transitions into, through and beyond education.
