About you
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant HR experience, ideally at managerial or senior generalist level
- Proven track record delivering TUPE processes in UK organisations
- Experience managing UK visa sponsorship and immigration compliance
- Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and early careers development
- Strong employee relations background within complex or multi-site settings
- Solid understanding of UK & NI employment law and HR policies
- Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Comfortable in high-pressure, change-driven environments
What you'll do
- Lead and manage TUPE processes ensuring compliant employee transitions
- Support organisational change initiatives, restructuring, and workforce planning
- Manage immigration and visa sponsorship activities to support hiring needs
- Drive apprenticeship and early careers programmes to develop future talent
- Handle complex employee relations issues, including grievances and investigations
- Provide HR guidance and support to senior leaders across UK & NI operations
- Contribute to HR reporting, audits, and data-driven decision making
- Offer pragmatic, solutions-focused HR leadership during a period of growth
