Providing in-person crisis support in various settings, including homes, schools, hospitals, or community centres, fostering placements and unregulated settings. Establishing rapport and trust with clients and their families to assess risk, stabilise crisis situations, and ensure immediate safety and emotional support. Collaborating with clinical leads and multidisciplinary teams to ensure intervention plans are appropriate, with timely documentation and escalation of any changes in client condition or behaviour.
