Room Leader

On behalf of an established Nursery in Stratford, Remedicare are actively recruiting for a dedicated Room Leader to join their friendly team on a full time, permanent basis. The nurturing environment and the carefully selected team of Practitioners ensures each child is cared for in a safe, secure environment with planned activities. They have dedicated rooms on offer for the various age ranges, each reflecting the areas of learning. As Room Leader you will join the leadership team and support with the day-to-day management of the site and your specific room. Within this you will help to lead a team of dedicated staff, ensuring the highest standard and quality of care. You will be familiar with all educational standards and requirements, and able to step in to support the Nursery Assistants. This is a full time, permanent Room Leader position paying a fantastic £33,870 per annum! Experienced Room Leaders with at least Level 3 in Early Years Educator, CACHE, Childcare or similar are encouraged to apply. Room Leader profile: * Level 3 in Childcare / Early Years Educator or similar * Strong leadership skills with previous leadership experience within a Nursery setting preferred (E.g.
