Soka Partners are proud to be partnered with a leading, clinician-led neurodevelopmental service delivering high-quality assessments across the UK.

We’re currently supporting the search for Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioners (Autism & ADHD) across multiple locations in England.

:

You’ll join a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering structured, evidence-based autism and ADHD assessments for children and young people across NHS Right to Choose and private pathways.

This is a hybrid clinical role combining face-to-face and remote work, with strong digital systems in place to reduce admin and allow clinicians to focus on high-quality care.

:

  • Conducting structured face-to-face observational assessments
  • Completing remote developmental history interviews with parents/carers
  • Participating in MDT diagnostic discussions
  • Delivering clear, compassionate feedback to families
  • Writing high-quality clinical reports supported by smart reporting tools
  • Working within clinical KPIs and service pathways
  • Contributing to clinical supervision (where appropriate)

:

We’re keen to speak with registered professionals (HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England) who have:

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in autism and/or ADHD diagnostic assessments (children & young people)
  • Strong understanding of DSM-5 criteria and differential diagnosis
  • Experience using tools such as ADOS-2 and/or ADI-R
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • A collaborative, MDT-focused approach

  • Basic salary up to £56,000 (dependent on qualification and experience)
