Accepting applications until: 3 October 2026Job DescriptionAn Outdoor Campaign Preparation Exec plays a key role in delivering customer support to both external customers and internal partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role focuses on efficiently assigning and producing customer campaigns, ensuring they are processed promptly, accurately, and to a high standard. As an Outdoor Campaign Preparation Exec, you will manage the allocation and printing of campaigns for clients and are responsible for gathering all information required for successful campaign delivery. It is vital you have strong attention to detail and passion for getting things finished. Key Responsibilities  Must respond to all customer and commercial emails within 4 hours. Responsible for meeting Print and Delta deadlines to ensure 98%+ of Compliant campaigns are delivered as planned. Expected to review and approve customer copies following Copy Approval guidelines and ensure they are correctly assigned for print. Must proactively follow up with customers and commercial teams on artwork submissions and late artwork. Should work closely with Fulfilment teams and print partners to resolve any posting issues. This role requires a minimum office attendance of three days per week.
