HR Assistant | 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

📍 Remote with occasional travel to Northampton Head Office

💰 From £27,000 per annum

⏰ 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for your next opportunity in a supportive, people-focused organisation?

At Bright Horizons, we're looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Assistant to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your HR experience while supporting a business that makes a real difference to children, families and colleagues across the UK.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Providing administrative support across a range of HR activities

✅ Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems

✅ Taking meeting notes and supporting employee relations processes

✅ Filing case documentation and ensuring confidentiality at all times

✅ Assisting the wider HR/ER team with projects and day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:

✔ Previous HR Administration experience (essential)

✔ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

✔ A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information

✔ CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards it

✔ Ability to travel to our Northampton Head Office when required
