Key Accounts Advisor Salary: £28,000 per annum Location: Gillingham We're looking for a Key Accounts Advisor to join a growing and customer-focused team based in Gillingham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and ensuring a high level of service at all times. Key Responsibilities: Acting as the main point of contact for allocated key accounts Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships Handling enquiries, orders, and account queries efficiently and professionally Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities to improve service Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth account management Resolving issues promptly and escalating where necessary Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an account management, customer service, or advisor role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail Confident using CRM systems and MS Office A proactive, customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving skills citing opportunity Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
