Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to EL&N recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, portion sizes, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Follow food safety procedures, including correct food storage, temperature checks, and allergen management.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly prepared, and stored safely.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen and workstation.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate ingredients using FIFO, and minimise food waste.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained appropriately.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while meeting preparation and service deadlines.
