About The Role:
We are working with an exciting and dynamic design company seeking a Senior Designer to join their London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with a fresh perspective on workplace design and a strong desire to grow and refine their skills in a fast-paced, creative environment alongside a talented team.
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in design-led workplace projects within London, who is looking to accelerate their career within a team where ideas are welcomed, and contributions are recognised. As an experienced design & build workplace designer, you will play a key role in pitching to clients, presenting concepts, and managing multiple projects from early concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to contribute to successful project delivery
- Balance multiple commercial and workplace projects at once, ensuring all design work aligns with the client’s vision and brand
- Create thoughtful, original design solutions that meet the needs of design-led briefs
- Confidently communicate design concepts and proposals to clients in a professional and engaging manner
- Take the time to understand client needs through a consultative, collaborative briefing process
- Support senior team members by assisting with the development of presentation materials and project documentation
Key Skills / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, interior design, interior architecture or a related field
- Previous design & build experience in commercial/workplace projects is beneficial for the role
- An adaptable and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate ideas
- Highly organised and strong time management skills
