Electrical Supervisor

About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor (CSA) to support the civil, structural, and architectural delivery of a large-scale BESS project. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and programme requirements. This is a long-term opportunity on a major renewable energy infrastructure project with excellent future pipeline potential. Key Responsibilities Supervise all CSA-related activities on site including earthworks, foundations, drainage, ducting, concrete works, and structural installations Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely and on schedule Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards, RAMS, and project procedures Monitor quality and workmanship across all civil and structural works Conduct inspections, progress reporting, and daily coordination meetings Work closely with electrical and commissioning teams to support overall project delivery Identify and resolve site issues in a proactive manner Requirements Previous experience supervising CSA or civils works on infrastructure, energy, or renewable projects Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site coordination SSSTS or SMSTS certification CSCS card Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme delivery Desirable Previous experience on BESS, solar, substations, or energy infrastructure projects Knowledge of cable route, ducting, and utility infrastructure installation Strong QA/QC and HSEQ awarenessersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
