Job title: Managing Director Location: East Midlands Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 per annum The Company We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Managing Director to lead an established manufacturing business with a turnover of approximately £5.5 million. The Role This is a hands-on leadership role focused on business growth, sales, operational performance and profitability. A key priority will be developing the company's online offering and new digital sales channels. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the existing sales team. Drive sales, profitability and business growth. Oversee day-to-day operational performance. Identify new markets, customers and revenue opportunities. Develop the company's e-commerce and digital sales strategy. Improve efficiency, processes and overall business performance.About You Previous experience leading a manufacturing or product-based business. Strong commercial and sales leadership experience. Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Strong operational and financial understanding. Innovative, commercially focused and confident challenging existing processes. Experience in e-commerce or digital sales would be advantageous.
