About the role
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support in the automotive parts department.
Duties:
- Liaise with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing required parts
- Receive and process orders for parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Provide advice on parts availability and pricing
- Handle telephone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Organise and maintain the parts department in a tidy and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Organisational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
- Proficiency in Excel for inventory management
