Outside The Box Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a distinguished luxury brand renowned for its craftsmanship, and bespoke services. Reporting to the Head of Retail / General Store Manager. Be the driving force behind sales, delivering a personalised, luxury experience to HNW & VIC clients. Drive both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through a proactive and client-focused approach. Build and grow your client book through clientelling, outreach, and exceptional follow-up. Develop strong product knowledge across collections, craftsmanship, fabrics, and tailoring services. Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems to build long-term relationships. Support visual merchandising and uphold the highest standards of store presentation. Collaborate with the tailoring and retail teams to ensure a seamless and elevated in-store experience. 2+ years’ experience in luxury retail or premium service environments. ~ A strong sales track record with the ability to meet and exceed targets. ~ A client-centric mindset with a passion for building lasting relationships. ~ A proactive, driven, and entrepreneurial approach to sales. ~ Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods. ~ Uniform allowance 28 days holiday Contributory pension & additional benefits If you’re passionate about luxury tailoring, clientelling, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience, we want to hear from you!
