Head Housekeeper - Lead a Sparkling, Guest-Focused Team

JW Lees in Holyhead is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead our hotel housekeeping team. You will oversee housekeeping, public spaces and linen, ensuring rooms and areas meet our high standards.

You will work closely with Reception and Maintenance, set staffing levels, implement service and safety training, and drive procedures that support service and financial goals. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for career progression.
