Multi Skilled Operative (Flooring) Spennymoor.

Salary: £29,948 p/a April 2026.

Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent Closing Date: 5PM, Tuesday 26th May 2026.

We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Operative with a Flooring discipline, to join Bernicias Property Maintenance and Construction department.

About the Multi Skilled Operative (Flooring) Role: This role will involve: As a Multi Skilled Operative your role will be aligned to undertaking all types of flooring work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service.

Your Experience: Successful candidates will need: NVQ level 2 in floorcovering or working towards.

On-Site training, approximately 2 years Linked building skills to carryout Multi-skilled works CSCS card as appropriate to the role Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment Experience of working in a target driven environment Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate with effectively To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies To understand risk assessments Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
