£15.50 to £16.50 per hour + New Opening Bonus
A new French brasserie is opening in Chelsea this June.
High volume. High standards. Classic cooking done properly.
This role suits a strong Chef de Partie looking to join a serious kitchen from day one and grow with the business as it expands.
The Role Youll work closely with the senior team in a busy, premium kitchen.
Run your own section during service
Support prep, service, and kitchen organisation
Maintain consistency and quality across dishes
Help train junior chefs where needed
Follow hygiene and HACCP procedures
Work within a fast-paced brigade environment
The Food Traditional French cooking with modern touches
Premium brasserie style
High-volume operation
Up to 200 covers per day
What You Need Experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
Background in French or European cooking preferred
Comfortable in busy services
Organised and reliable
Good communication and teamwork
The Setup 48 to 50 hours per week
Moving towards a 4 on / 4 off rota
