Installation Scheduler
Salary: £27,000 rising to £28,000 after successful completion of a 6-month probation

Hours: 40 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for Installation Schedulers to join our client's growing Operations team. Multiple Scheduler positions are available across both their Boilers & AC and Renewables teams, offering an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to join a busy and expanding business.
As an Installation Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating installation work between customers, subcontractors and engineers, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and installations run as smoothly as possible.
The Role
As an Installation Scheduler, your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating subcontractors and customers to arrange installation appointments.
* Scheduling installation work efficiently and ensuring engineers and subcontractors have the information they need.
* Communicating regularly with customers, subcontractors and engineers by telephone and email.
* Managing multiple installations and priorities throughout the working day.
* Dealing with changes to schedules and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
* Providing excellent customer service throughout the installation process.
* Supporting the wider team when required, particularly during busy periods or when other departments are short-staffed.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all scheduling information is kept up to date.
About You
Previous scheduling experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential. We would also consider candidates with experience in areas such as coordination, administration, customer service, FM, engineering, construction, field service or other environments where they have regularly coordinated people and workloads.
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Confidence speaking with customers, engineers, subcontractors and tradespeople.
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules.
* A proactive approach to problem solving.
* Good attention to detail.
* Experience dealing with tradespeople, engineers or subcontractors would be advantageous.
* Previous scheduling, planning or coordination experience would be preferred.
Working Hours & Benefits
* £27,000 starting salary.
* Salary increasing to £28,000 following successful completion of the 6-month probationary period.
* 40 hours per week.
* 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays!
* The Boilers & AC team currently works some weekends.
* The Renewables team does not currently work weekends, although this may change in the future.
* Potential to support and develop across different areas of the business.
