Customs Operations(Last Mile)

What You'll Do

• Manage warehouse entry reservations
• Monitor full cargo flow from destination port to warehouse
• Follow up on booking, pickup, customs declaration and clearance
• Track shipment status and resolve exceptions in a timely manner
• Manage operational data for cross-border businesses
• Analyze overall operational performance in Europe and propose optimization plans
• Maintain logistics operation ledgers
• Calculate transit time and optimize transport capacity
• Generate operation reports and KPI data

About You

• Industry Experience: 3 years or above
• Position-related Experience: 3 years or above
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English
• Professional Skills: Prior cross-border operation experience required; candidates with customs or cross-border trade professional training are preferred
