Legal Secretary - Antitrust (London)

Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for an exciting opportunity - our top law firm client is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join their market-leading Antitrust team in London on a 3 month fixed-term contract. This is an immediate opportunity to support a highly regarded team handling complex, cross-border matters.

The Role

You will provide flexible, team-wide support. This is a non-allocation role requiring initiative, relationship-building, and a confident approach to fee-earners.

Key responsibilities include:

Extensive diary managementCoordinating international travel (Europe & US)Managing and organising data in Excel, including transferring information from WordAbout You

Previous legal secretarial experience in antitrust/competition or litigation preferredHighly organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and encourage delegationSkilled in Excel data managementInterest in AI tools is advantageousIf you have relevant experience and would like to hear more, please apply!
