We are now seeking a skilled Shotblaster to join our busy Paint Shop team and play a key role in maintaining our high standards.

What You'll Be Doing In the role of Shotblaster , you will: Ensure the safe, timely, and efficient output of the Paint Shop.

Shotblast and refinish major assemblies, sub-assemblies, and various components.

Maximise spray booth utilisation by reducing spray times where possible.

Mark out and mask bodies, cabs, and panels to the required specifications.

Shifts & Working Hours This Shotblaster role operates on a rotating weekly shift pattern: Week 1: 5:45am 1:45pm (Monday to Friday) Week 2: 2:15pm 10:15pm (Monday to Friday) What Were Looking For Were looking for a Shotblaster who: Works well within a friendly, supportive team.
