Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Factory Trainer.
Applicants must have 2 years' experience.
The rate of pay is £13.00 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2:30pm Your Time at Work As a Factory Trainer, your duties include:
- Current training material
- Review current training practices
- Support the development of training materials
- Review current training practices
- Deliver company inductions
- Identify training gaps
- Ensure maintenance of the training database is kept up to date
- Deliver engaging, effective and technically competent learning solutions from conception to implementation Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker will ensure that Quality, Food Safety, Health, and Safety legislation is adhered to and requirements are trained out to all colleagues.
What you need to have:
- Experience within food manufacturing
- Food Safety level 2
- Train the trainer qualification Key Information and Benefits
