Painter & Decorator Evesham, Worcestershire Salary: £26,500- £32,500 39 hours per week | Rotating shift pattern (1 in 3 weekends) Looking for a role where your skills make a real difference every day? The Role The Painter & Decorator plays a key role in supporting the Clean, Rehabilitative, Enabling & Decent (CRED) programme.
This includes working alongside clients to supervise and guide them in developing hands?on employability skills while contributing to the improvement of living conditions across the estate.
Through this work, you will help deliver a safe, decent environment and support meaningful rehabilitation activities, contributing to both social value and client development.
Responsibilities Planned and reactive paint work in all areas.
Responsibility for the care and maintenance of tools, materials and additional company property.
Compliance with relevant company Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directive.
This role will also support both local and business zero carbo5n programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.
Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
Requirements Qualified to NVQ 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating Previous relevant work-related experience.
Good awareness and understanding of personal health and safety, method statements and risk assessments. xwzovoh
Clearance: Security Clearance, Standard DBS and Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) are required.
