We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding various components, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.

This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to work with a variety of materials, particularly sheet metal and experience TIG & MIG welding.

Duties Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications.

Perform stick welding and other welding techniques to join metal parts securely.

Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal pieces.

Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety protocols and regulations.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Apply basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during the fabrication process.

Experience Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding is preferred.

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment is essential.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is advantageous.

Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately is beneficial.
