We’re working with a renowned professional institute to find bright, proactive candidates for their membership services team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your office administration skills, and be part of a friendly, dynamic, and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Calling members to update their records and offering guidance
  • Providing friendly, supportive assistance to help members navigate processes    
  • Recording outcomes and maintaining accurate notes
  • Building strong customer relationships

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Excellent phone manner and confidence speaking with a high volume of members
  • Clear communication skills and a supportive, professional approach
  • Ability to follow processes and handle sensitive conversations
  • Reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident and courteous telephone manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
