This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day system support with involvement in a key ERP transformation programme (Dynamics 365 Business Central).

Youll help keep systems running smoothly while also driving improvements across operations, reporting, and automation.

Responsibilities Managing ERP and business systems across multiple sites Supporting day-to-day system performance and stability Assisting with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central rollout Working with ops, finance, supply chain & commercial teams Supporting integrations, data migration & reporting improvements Managing infrastructure (servers, networks, backups, security) Handling incidents, tickets, troubleshooting & user support Working with external IT providers and vendors Supporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Essential: ERP experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central / SI ERP or similar xwzovoh Strong IT infrastructure knowledge (servers, networks, backups, security) SQL / database & reporting experience Strong problem-solving and stakeholder skills Comfortable working across multi-site operations Desirable: ERP implementation / migration experience FMCG / food manufacturing background WMS experience Power BI / advanced reporting Experience with digital transformation projects
