About the role
We are looking to recruit on a permanent basis experienced Preppers & Polishers for a well established, independent Accident Repair Centre.

This highly respected centre, use a dynamic approach combining all the latest techniques and state-of-art technology valuing quality over speed.
Role Requirements: Vast experience in either prep & polish essential.
Ensure workload is completed accurately in a timely manner.
Deliver the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
High attention to detail.
Polishers will rectify any paint defects using de-nibbing blocks & flat and polish vehicle panels using a handheld polisher.
Preppers will prepare panels for paint, including sanding, filling, masking, and priming & mix and apply primers and sealers as required.
Ensure the vehicle is finished to the correct standards.
All health and safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to within the workshop.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of all modern technology and process's.

Working Hours : Monday Friday : 7.30am 4.30pm.
Weekend working available for those looking for additional hours around current employment.

A full driving license and CV will be required.
