This full-time role focuses on delivering targeted support across Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6), helping pupils to overcome barriers, close learning gaps, and reach their full potential. Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective intervention strategies. The ability to plan and deliver targeted learning for individuals and small groups. Excellent assessment skills to track progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
