The Role This is a varied role combining planned maintenance, reactive support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering and managing a robust planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme * Diagnosing and resolving equipment breakdowns quickly and effectively * Supporting the installation, commissioning, and optimisation of new equipment and processes * Using machine data and performance metrics to identify trends and drive improvements * Managing critical spare parts inventory to minimise downtime * Coordinating and overseeing external contractors and service providers * Implementing upgrades and modifications to improve equipment performance and efficiency You’ll play a critical part in ensuring production runs smoothly while also contributing to the evolution of the manufacturing capability.
