Warehouse Team Leader (Midshift)

Warehouse Team Lead - Mid Shift Lisburn £15.11 per hour 2pm -11pm We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Lead to join a busy operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee daily warehouse activities, support crossdock operations, and ensure your team meets performance and quality targets. The Role Support the receipt, storage, picking, packing, wrapping, quality checking, and dispatch of goods Lead and manage daily Crossdock operations Ensure all warehouse processes and paperwork are completed accurately and on time Maintain high standards of warehouse cleanliness and organisation Ensure compliance with all Health and safety compliance Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment Supervise, motivate, and support a team to meet shift targets The person Previous warehouse experience (essential) Experience in crossdock operations Valid Forklift Licence/Certificates Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems (desirable) Strong attention to detail and IT skills Excellent communication and team leadership abilities Whats in it for you Competitive hourly rate of £15.11 + Overtime Mid shift 2pm-11pm Any 5 days in 7 ( 2 consecutive days off) Additional annual leave based on service Matched pension contributions Life assurance (death in service benefit) Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Certified training and development courses Clear career progression opportunities If you're a proactive warehouse professional ready to step into a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.
