M&E Engineer

M&E Maintenance Engineer Colindale, North West London Up to £45,000 + Overtime + Training & Progression We are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on a commercial site in Colindale. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established maintenance team offering long-term stability, ongoing training, and clear progression opportunities. This role is Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, providing a great work-life balance alongside opportunities for overtime. The Role: • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance • Working across a range of mechanical and electrical building services systems • Fault finding and carrying out repairs on M&E equipment • Maintaining plant room equipment and associated systems • Supporting the day-to-day operation of the site • Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations • Liaising with subcontractors and the wider engineering team Requirements: • Previous experience within commercial building maintenance • Recognised engineering qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • Good all-round knowledge of M&E systems • Experience working on commercial plant and equipment • Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Package: • Salary up to £45,000 • Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays • Overtime Available • Ongoing Training & Development • Clear Career Progression If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today or contact us for more information
