Senior Site Manager - Major Flagship Project, Cardiff An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering the internal works package on a major flagship development in Cardiff. This is a high-profile, technically challenging project that will play a key role in the transformation of the city, offering the successful candidate the chance to work on one of the region's most significant construction schemes. The Role You will take responsibility for managing key internal fit-out and finishing packages through delivery and handover, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, drive programme performance, manage site logistics, and maintain excellent standards across all aspects of the build. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations for internal works packages Manage and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour Ensure health & safety compliance is maintained at all times Drive programme and quality targets across the project Conduct regular progress meetings and site inspections Work closely with the wider project and commercial teams Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders Support successful delivery through to completion and handover Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments Strong internals / fit-out delivery experience essential Background working for a Tier 1 or leading main contractor Excellent organisational and leadership skills Ability to manage fast-paced, complex construction programmes SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities What's on Offer Opportunity to work on a landmark Cardiff development Long-term project pipeline with a leading Tier 1 contractor Competitive salary and package Career progression within a nationally recognised business Collaborative and professional project environmentFor a confidential discussion or to apply, please get in touch with your CV (url removed)
