FLT Driver (Counterbalance & Reach) Location: Stamford Shift: Night Shift - Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 6:00am Pay Rate: £17.23 per hour Duration: Temporary role - a few weeks Start: Immediate / ASAP Role Overview We are currently seeking an experienced FLT Driver with valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences to support night‑shift operations at a site based in Stamford. This is a short‑term assignment for a few weeks, working Monday to Friday nights. Due to the site location, candidates must have their own transport, as it is not on a bus route and is not easily accessible via public transport. Key Responsibilities Operating Counterbalance and Reach trucks safely and efficiently Loading and unloading goods Moving stock within the warehouse Supporting general warehouse duties as required Adhering to all health & safety procedures at all times Working accurately to deadlines during night operations Requirements Valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences (in‑date) Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Comfortable working night shifts Good attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable, punctual, and able to commit for the full duration of the assignment Own transport essential due to site location What's on Offer Competitive pay of £17.23 per hour Consistent Monday to Friday night shift (no weekends) Short‑term opportunity with immediate start Supportive working environmentIf you're an experienced FLT Driver available for night work over the next few weeks and can travel to Stamford independently, we'd love to hear from you.
