Business Development Manager. LE67, Coalville, Leicestershire * Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Sales Projects Manager, Client Development Manager or similar based near to LE67. * This role focussing on developing more business within existing customers, already an established market & customer base to go at. * Leading business within the commercial fit out & construction industry. This Business Development Manager job will suit: * A Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Client development Manager, Sales Projects Manager or similar role. * Any prior knowledge of selling any sort of construction or fit-out projects would be advantageous but we are flexible on the industry as long as it shares some parallels and your experience is transferable to this world then that's fine. * We want someone who is great at building relationships and enjoys building relationships with people * The role is more bias towards engaging with existing clients and trying to maximize the amount of work that can be done with clients they have previously supported. * There is an element of also approaching new companies, but a rough split is probably 80% existing / lapsed clients and 20% new clients * There is a projects team and plenty of support from the business in order to support you, they set you up for success in this role.
