Contracts Manager – Roofing (Flat & Pitched) AMB Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a long‑established specialist roofing contractor who are looking to bring a Contracts Manager into their team. The Role You’ll be overseeing roofing projects (both flat and pitched) from start to finish, ensuring jobs are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Managing multiple live roofing projects (flat & pitched) Overseeing site teams and subcontractors Planning labour, materials and programme Attending regular client and site meetings Ensuring all H&S procedures are followed Managing budgets, variations and project documentationWhat They’re Looking For Experience across flat and pitched roofing (felt, liquid, single-ply, tiles/slates etc.) Strong site and client management skills Organised, reliable and confident running multiple projects Background as a Contracts, Site or Project Manager within roofing Full UK driving licenceWhat’s On Offer £45,000 – £60,000 depending on experience Company car / allowance, holidays, pension Stable, established business with long-standing clients Supportive team with autonomy to run your own projectsIf you’re working within roofing and open to a chat, apply below
