Field Service Engineer

Experience in smoke ventilation isn't essential as full training is on offer from the start.

What counts is a solid electrical background, a hands-on mindset, and a genuine ambition to progress within the business.

What You'll Be Doing: Service, repair, and maintain electrical and pneumatic smoke ventilation systems (Automatic Opening Vent systems), dampers, and smoke curtains across commercial and industrial sites.

Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.

Fault finding on electrical control panels.

Provide on-site support and guidance to customers.

Complete accurate documentation and reports.

Participate in an on-call rota.

What You'll Need: NVQ Level 2/3 with hands-on experience in a commercial or industrial environment (Essential) This is a field service position, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling across the UK as part of your day-to-day role. xwzovoh

Comfortable working at heights and occasionally staying overnight (expenses covered) Experience with single and three-phase electrical systems Fault finding on electrical control panels (Essential) Experience with contactors, relays, inverters, and timer relays, pneumatics and compressors (Essential) Full UK driving licence (Essential) 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Desirable) What's On Offer: £38,000 salary Monday to Friday
