The Role | Head of Geography Lead and develop the Geography department across KS3-KS5 Design and deliver a rigorous, knowledge-rich Geography curriculum Line-manage and support Geography teaching staff Monitor pupil progress and implement strategies to sustain outstanding outcomes The Ideal Candidate | Head of Geography Essential Criteria PGCE Secondary Geography with QTS Strong subject knowledge across both Physical and Human Geography Proven track record of outstanding classroom practice Leadership Profile Either a current Head of Geography seeking a new challenge, or An ambitious Geography teacher ready to step into their first Head of Department role within a high-performing school The successful candidate will be confident working within a selective academic environment, where expectations are high and outcomes are consistently excellent.
