The Role As a valued member of our Metering team, your responsibilities will include: Installing smart meters efficiently and accurately Investigating and resolving non-communicating smart meters Attending emergency and maintenance appointments Restoring gas and electricity supplies promptly when customers need assistance This customer-focused role places safety and service excellence at its core.

You will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard, while also educating customers on the benefits and safe use of their new smart metres.
