This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established, multi-disciplinary property firm based in Melton Mowbray.
The business has a strong presence across the East Midlands and works across residential, commercial, auctions, rural land and wider property matters.

As Lettings Negotiator, you will play an important role in supporting the continued success of the residential lettings department.
You will be speaking with landlords, applicants and tenants, arranging viewings, progressing enquiries and helping deliver a smooth, professional lettings experience from first contact through to move-in.
This role would suit someone with property experience who enjoys a polished, customer-focused environment and wants to develop within a well-established firm that values local knowledge, service standards and long-term client relationships.
What you will be doing Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements Arranging and carrying out lettings viewings across Melton Mowbray and surrounding areas Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective applicants Following up viewing feedback and helping negotiate offers Supporting the progression of lets from application through to tenancy Keeping property records, applicant details and marketing information up to date Responding to lettings enquiries by phone, email and in person Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team Helping maintain high standards of customer service and compliance What you will bring You will be professional, organised and confident when dealing with people.
Previous experience within residential lettings, estate agency or a property-focused customer service role would be highly beneficial.
You should be comfortable speaking with landlords and applicants, managing multiple enquiries and representing the business in a polished and knowledgeable way.
A proactive attitude, good attention to detail and a genuine interest in the local property market will help you succeed.
You will also need to be a strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a close-knit, professional team.
