This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established operation on a full-time, permanent basis.

Salary: £40,000 £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday to Friday 4050 hours per week (to be confirmed at interview) Weekend work as required Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day running of the workshop Supervise staff, including rotas, performance, and attendance Carry out hands-on repairs and maintenance as required Ensure all work is completed correctly and within deadlines Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary paperwork Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and good housekeeping Communicate effectively with the Transport Manager Ensure correct use of PPE at all times Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience as an HGV Technician or Workshop Supervisor Strong fault diagnosis and repair skills Experience with VOSA inspections and MOT preparation Ability to strip, fit, and replace components Good communication and organisational skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach Experience with Scania and Volvo vehicles xwzovoh preferred Class 1 or Class 2 licence preferred (not essential) CE entitlement desirable Additional Information: Working on a company fleet of vehicles and trailers This is a great opportunity for an experienced HGV Technician or Supervisor looking for a long-term role within a professional workshop environment.
