Payroll Specialist Dutch Speaker 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Weybridge, UK | Hybrid Are you a detail-oriented Payroll professional with experience in multi-country payrolls and third-party providers? Join our collaborative HR team and play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant and on-time payroll delivery.

What youll do: Support and oversee payroll operations across Central Europe, with a primary focus on Belgium and the Netherlands.
Process payroll in partnership with external providers across multiple countries.
Ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely salary payments.
Manage daily payroll administration and monthly payroll approvals.
Partner closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors.
About you: Fluent Dutch speaker (Required).
Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll (any country).
Hands-on experience with Belgian and/or Dutch payroll is a strong advantage.
Solid experience in payroll administration and operational support.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory requirements, and compliance.
