You will: Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to Mercedes-Benz standards Diagnose faults using manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment Complete job cards accurately and in line with workshop and brand processes Carry out inspections and identify repair requirements proactively Ensure all work meets safety, compliance and quality standards Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve efficiency and service quality Stay up to date with new vehicle technologies and repair techniques Support and mentor apprentices within the workshop What we're looking for City & Guilds Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Full UK driving licence and your own tools Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability A professional attitude, strong work ethic and pride in workmanship Willingness to learn and develop with ongoing Mercedes-Benz training How to apply Send your CV to the HR Manager - For further information: Pay: £33,000.00-£50,000.00 per year Benefits: Bereavement leave On-site parking Profit sharing Work Location: In person
