In this key leadership role, you will: Oversee daily kitchen operations across our busy resort Deliver exceptional, high-quality dishes with consistency Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing kitchen team Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and service Foster a positive, professional environment built on our values: Genuine Care True Ownership Grow as a Team. What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Head Chef Passion for food, people, and hospitality excellence Own reliable transport Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and festive periods Must have availability across 7 days per week on a rota basis - Various contracted hours available.
