Production Operator

We have an exciting opportunity for a  Production Operator based in Henlow for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.  Summary of the Production Operator role  Salary: £29,000 including shift allowance  Location: Henlow Type of Contract: Permanent   Hours: Rotating shift – 6am-2pm, 4pm-10pm, 10pm-6am Responsibilities of the Production Operator Run machines and produce weather seals Replacement of raw materials Quality control checks Promptly report any quality issues to the supervisor Maintain awareness of scheduling requirements and work efficiently to meet targets Uphold high standards of housekeeping Adhere to all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures Report any unsafe acts or Health, Safety and Environmental incidents Will involve lifting up to 20Kg Requirements for a successful Production Operator Experience working with hand, air and power tools Previous experience in Manufacturing Production Excellent time management Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good communication skills About Allstaff Recruitment We’re an independent recruitment specialist based in Bedfordshire, supporting businesses across Bedford, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas.
