Financial Controller Belfast £60,000 £70,000 + Bonus Artemis Human Capital are pleased to be partnering with a successful and well-established business to appoint a Financial Controller into a pivotal, hands-on leadership role.

This position will play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations while also contributing to the companys continued growth and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Prepare, review, and deliver management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cashflow reporting on a hands-on basis.

Maintain strong financial controls, ensuring balance sheet integrity and high-quality reconciliations.

Provide meaningful commercial insight into project performance, margins, and working capital management.

Lead, mentor, and support the finance team while remaining actively involved in core financial processes.

The Person Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience.

Comfortable operating in a hands-on, operational finance role within a dynamic and fast-moving business.

Commercially focused with the confidence to challenge and influence non-finance stakeholders.

Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to manage competing priorities in a deadline-led environment. xwzovoh
