SEN / SEND Teacher - Hertfordshire
About the role
You can be the teacher who plans around the learner, not a scheme of work - the teacher a vulnerable young person actually needs. None of the teaching-at-scale trade-off, less admin, just one person and the part of teaching you care about. We're recruiting experienced SEND teachers acrossHertfordshire, £28 - £35 per hour, for one-to-one work with children and young people who haven't been served by mainstream provision.
Flexible schedule: Part-time or full-time, around your other commitments. You set your hours and choose your placements.
Work from home: Planning, prep, and reporting from home; hybrid placements available alongside in-person teaching.
Tes CPD access: Unlimited use of the Tes professional development library, plus our own SEMH-focused CPD.
Mentoring programme: Regular check-ins and expert guidance throughout every placement.
