**4 days a week on site, 1 day remote**

We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to join a major, multi-year Finance transformation programme within a leading global organisation.

The initial focus will be the implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance, before the role expands into the wider Finance Transformation agenda across operating model, process, controls, data and reporting.

This is not an Oracle technical role and previous Oracle Fusion experience is not required. We are looking for a strong transformation generalist, ideally from a top-tier management consultancy, with excellent programme execution and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the internal delivery lead for the Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, working alongside the technical implementation partner through design, testing, cutover and stabilisation.
  • Hold third-party partners accountable against agreed scope, milestones, quality and delivery commitments.
  • Work closely with Finance SMEs to ensure the solution supports Finance processes and the target operating model.
  • Maintain the integrated programme plan, managing milestones, dependencies, risks and critical-path activities across Finance, Technology and Change.
  • Oversee testing, data migration, controls and cutover readiness, ensuring issues are owned and resolved.
  • Lead additional Finance Transformation initiatives as the programme evolves, spanning operating model, process, controls, data and reporting.
  • Provide clear, decision-oriented reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums.

About You

  • 7–10 years' experience, ideally at Senior Manager level or equivalent, gained primarily within MBB, Big Four or a comparable strategy/transformation consultancy.
  • Strong track record of leading and delivering complex transformation programmes, with a clear bias towards execution.
  • Good understanding of how a Finance function operates end-to-end, including core processes, controls and reporting.
  • Excellent ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured plans, actions, owners and deadlines.
  • Experience managing systems integrators, advisers or other third-party delivery partners.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Highly structured, organised and comfortable working at both strategic and detailed levels.

Experience in Finance Transformation, ERP-enabled change, financial services, asset management/private markets or Shared Service Centre transformation would be advantageous. xwzovoh

An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is helpful but not essential.
