We're looking for an ambitious, Nurse Qualified Registered Manager to lead a highly regarded 44-bed care home that already has strong foundations in place. With a Good CQC rating, excellent feedback from residents and families, and the support of an experienced Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager, this is an opportunity for a confident leader to take a successful service to the next level.

This role would suit a manager who combines strong clinical expertise with commercial awareness, understands what great care looks like, and can inspire and develop high-performing teams while ensuring the home delivers exceptional outcomes for residents.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, occupancy, financial performance, and staff engagement.
