Looking to add a Managing QS to the commercial division based in the Midlands. Description Lead and manage commercial processes across multiple projects Oversee cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting Manage subcontractor accounts, applications, and final accounts Produce and review management accounts and monthly project performance Work collaboratively with operational teams and supply chain partners Identify commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring effective mitigation Drive cash flow performance and ensure timely payments and valuations Ensure compliance with contractual, H&S, and company standards Support and develop junior commercial team membersProfile Proven experience in a Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor role Strong background in managing subcontractors and final accounts Solid understanding of commercial reporting, forecasting, and cost control Experience working across construction or housing/regeneration projects Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong leadership capability with a focus on team developmentJob Offer A competitive salary and remuneration package.
